Before you schedule your appointment with Holistic Detail via phone, email or online, please read and agree to the terms and conditions. Once you have agreed to an appointment you are subject to the terms and conditions therein.
Booking
- All customers personal belongings, money and significant items should be removed prior to detailing.
- All detailing and customization is at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning and/or customization processes.
- Holistic Detail will not accept liability for any personal property including the vehicle being serviced of loss or damage. It is the customers responsibility to ensure service can be rendered in a safe area.
- Holistic Detail reserves the right to have a debit/credit card on file at time of reservation, this card will be charged the final price at the end of service.
- Holistic Detail reserves the right to refuse or deny service to a customer who demands above and beyond the booking.
- Holistic Detail will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse to any of its staff and will take relevant actions should any behaviors occur.
- Holistic Detail reserve the right to amend or adjust appointments without penalty including but not limited to staff levels, weather conditions, equipment failure and/or any incident that hinders the booking, but we will try our best to inform the customer.
Cancellations
- We require a 24 hour notice to cancel before any detailing service and a 1 week notice for vehicle customization.
- Failure to provide the 24 hour detail service and 1 week vehicle customization notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost.
- Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of the full deposit for the service.
- Failure of customer to be present at the time and location of service will result in full payment of the service.
- Holistic Detail reserves the right to receive full payment if a booking is cancelled without prior agreement.
Pricing
- Holistic Detail prices are based on detail type, location, vehicle and condition of vehicle and will be advertised as a "from" price.
- Holistic Detail has the right to charge each service according to its condition, type and customer location
- A minimum of 20% will be charged to all jobs involving excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, or other hazardous/ unsanitary materials.
- A $50 hourly rate will be assessed for any work that is not within the boundaries of the appointment.
- Holistic Detail has the right to amend any price during the service should it differ from original estimate.
- Online pricing do not reflect the local and/or state taxes that may apply to services.
Communications
- Holistic Detail will complete communication via phone, email or text messages. These forms of communication are used to ensure the service process is efficient and smooth as possible for you the customer and our detail professionals.
Service Terms
- In the event there is probable and justified cause that detail professional did not fulfill the package as ordered and evidence of poor craftsmanship Holistic Detail will either refund the cost of the service or redo the unsatisfactory portion of the services
- Refusal of a redo appointment for unsatisfactory portion of service will limit refunds to 25% of the service value.
- We do not guarantee any method, process, technique or way that a service will be performed. The detailing professional will perform the techniques and methods that they are best familiar with and necessary for the situation.
- Only services included in your order and additional services authorized by Holistic Detail are covered under our service terms. Any services not authorized by Holistic Detail are at the customer's risk.
- Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of service by emailing info@holisticdetail.com. Unsatisfactory claims must email pictures of the unsatisfied portion of the service within 24 hours to info@holisiticdetail.com .
